On Time Service Refunds
Not tracking your parcel deliveries is costing you freight dollars.  UPS, FedEx, and DHL offer guaranteed on-time services, but tracking large numbers of packages and submitting claims is a unwieldy task and typically not worth the time or the costs it takes.

Having Overland Parcel Recovery Service provide the audit you can recovery you can get your refunds. We charge a percent of the savings, basically sharing savings you would not otherwise have obtained. If there are no credits then we don’t get paid and you have great parcel service.

Other Manifest Credits
There are other billing and service costs applied to your invoice which we audit for accuracy.  Many of these changes can be removed if the proper review is completed.  

Carrier Service Reports
Custom reports available include reports detailing service failure by carrier, by service type, packages manifested but not shipped, packages without proof of delivery, residential deliveries, manifest errors, and others.
